Players may be required to submit supporting documents — including a valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and payment method verification — prior to processing withdrawals or at any time USD777 deems necessary for compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

USD777 reserves the right to forfeit funds in a Player's Wallet where: (a) the Account has been found to be in breach of these Terms; (b) the funds are determined to be proceeds of fraudulent activity; (c) the Player is found to have provided false or misleading registration information; or (d) applicable law or a regulatory authority requires us to do so.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, USD777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or damage to devices caused by malware not attributable to USD777's systems.
USD777's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
USD777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. Players access the Platform at their own risk.
USD777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering concerns, failure to complete KYC, or where continued access would violate applicable law.
Players who wish to close their Account may do so by contacting support via [email protected]. Any remaining balance at the time of closure (after verification of open wagers and bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC requirements.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, bet settlement, or Account action, Players must submit a formal complaint in writing to [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute.
